We’ve added Saturday and Sunday programs to help your child develop their creativity and confidence through art. These are especially designed to develop your child’s social and emotional growth while having a ton of fun! Each weekend we’ll be learning about a different artist and your child will have the opportunity to create an art piece in their style. All materials and snacks are included in the cost of the program. Choose from morning or afternoon programs.
Our classrooms are filled with a kaleidoscope of personalities. Your child has different skills and interests from others in their classroom. Whether music, art, creating with building blocks, we identify those interests, incorporating new ideas that help your child grow and learn in a fun and creative way.
Early childhood learning is so much more than A-B-C and 1-2-3. It involves exploration, discovery and play. Being wide-eyed and enthralled opens the mind to math and science in a fun way! Equally important to your child’s growth is the development of social skills: respect, responsibility and community.
Our approach is based on the internationally recognized Reggio method and has been around for decades. It’s based on an understanding that each child processes information in their own unique way. Tapping into this student-centered education keeps your child engaged and promotes a deeper quest for knowledge. It’s all about self-guided learning.
Every child grows through exploration and discovery. We encourage and support their curiosity. With guidance from our teachers, your child is empowered to share their thoughts and ideas in their own way and learn how to move forward to realize their potential.
Every child deserves a chance to thrive and excel. Pebble Lane was created to lift children up, build their confidence, help them to push limits and build a foundation of excitement about learning. Our core values are kindness, caring and respect. I also believe in supporting women in the workplace. Pebble Lane is a place where staff can reach their goals and achieve their full potential. Children are so important. How we choose to teach them in the early years can completely change their lives.
Jennifer Ratcliffe, Founder
When your child graduates from Pebble Lane they will be ready to enter kindergarten with the knowledge and confidence required to be a strong, successful individual. All staff members employed at Pebble Lane have years of experience working with young children and possess the knowledge, skill set and ability to teach children effectively for optimal results.
Reserving a future space for your child is simple. Fill out the convenient Registration Inquiry form, or contact us to schedule a time for you and your child to visit us in our centre. We will be happy to answer any questions that you may have.
During your visit, you’ll have the opportunity to meet Jennifer and learn more about what we have to offer.
This time spent gives all involved an opportunity to get to know one another and to make sure that all personalities mix well. This is important to ensure that all parties are comfortable with their surroundings and expectations. After this on-site visit, the registration process may begin. There are various forms to be completed and others to be read. Once they are read, completed, signed, and the deposit has been paid, your child’s space will be reserved.
